            Who We Are

ADD LLC is a Newton, NC-based heavy civil contractor specializing in full-spectrum site development, demolition, and material processing. We are a NCDOT prequalified prime contractor, SAM.gov registered, and a North Carolina HUB certified Woman-Owned Small Business — making us a qualified self-performing prime and set-aside partner for state and federal work across North Carolina..

                         How We Work

 Precision Over Estimates.

We don't rely on operator feel or repeated passes to hit grade. Real-time 3D machine control and robotic total station validation mean the lork is documented and defensible against the design model from mobilization to final walkthrough.

Local Partnerships.

We maintain working relationships with vetted local subcontractors in critical trade disciplines. Every partner we engage is held to our own quality and safety standards.

Face to Face Accountability.

Every ADD LLC project has a named, equity-owning operator accountable to the outcome. When you call about your job, you reach the person who ran the machine that day.
