*3d Grade control on our John Deere 333g allows us to utilize multiple attachments in traditional grading applications. Both bulk earthmoving and fine grading with more efficiency as well as lessnover unnecessary ground disturbance with constant quality control docimented referencerere. We also utilize 2d and  3d technologies on our Excavators and compaction equipment for consistent monitored ratings. 

With both GNSS/GPS systems as well as Robotic Ultimate Total Station accuracy we can overcome variables on every jobsite 

Demolition, Material Processing/Recycling and Site Reclamation 

Demolition- We have extensive experience in both precision partial demolition as whole as complete demolition of strucural surfaces and buildings. We adhere to strict safety measures as well as extensive air remediation standards. 

Mobile Crushing and Screening- We utilize specialized mobile crushing and screening equipment. Allowing us to process rock ,concrete ,asphalt and debris generated on-site drastically reducing the waste,disposal fees as well as base material purchases for our customers. 

Backpadding and reclamation- By using the recycled materials as well as the use of harley rakes and other such specialty attachments, we are able to reclaim materials already present,regrade and remove imperfections performing meticulous compaction to produce a better and more affordable subbase for the site.

Infrastructure,Land Clearing  & Complete Site Development 

We utilize whole tree chippers up to 18" self loading units, 14" brush chippers, high end forestry mulchers and the single most efficient equipment to deal with stumps within the building site layout.

Our Fecon Stumpex units can remove stumps and the root ball with less ground disturbance than any other mode available.  Saving on hauling fees and having a significant impact by lessening our overall carbon footprint considerably.  Leading to a site ready for strcural construction faster and with great confidence.  

We have experienced arborists that bring experience, safety and professionalism to a site to ensure no unfortunate accidents or untimely delays. We also offer onsite tree supplementation to procure privacy while utilizing existing matured wood already present. We also have provided trees in the past and would be open to consideration on a case by case basis. 

Drainage and Utilities- Comprehensive services including utility trenching, culvert ininstallation And industry standard drainage solutions. 

Access & Roadways- Construction of temporary or permanent access roads, complete with finish grade quality and compaction.

Septic Installation- Certified compliant installation of required septic systems.

Securement and Compliance- Temporary full service steel fencing and extensive erosion control (silt fencing, waddle, berms) ensure site safety and regulatory compliance from mobilization to  demobilization .
